What do we do in a Robotics club?

At ENSEEIHT (N7), we are lucky to have an amazing robotics club, where we build robots, but that is not all. Having access to a well-equipped fablab, the club is a way to finance and put any project into practice.

At N7, the fablab is very well equipped

We are very fortunate at N7 to be extremely well-equipped. Between the plastic and resin 3D printers, the laser cutter/engraver, a CNC machine, in short, plenty of things to keep us busy.

The premises

In the famous radio tower (TR), the club also has its room on the 3rd floor. The perfect place to prototype or just have a good time between classes.

A national student challenge

The Coupe de France de Robotique is a competition where teams design an autonomous robot capable of completing missions on a playing area, according to rules that are updated every year.

Our participation

At 7Robot, we participate in all stages of the project: mechanical design, electronics, embedded programming, strategy and testing. Each prototype allows us to learn, iterate and prepare a reliable robot for the matches.

A team project

The competition pushes us to work like a real engineering team: dividing up roles, documenting choices, solving problems quickly, and transforming constraints into concrete solutions.
